The PS1 is a battery operated portable indicator with an integral sword probe that measures temperature and relative humidity when inserted in a stack of paper. Both parameters are simultaneously displayed on an easy to read LC display. The PS1 was designed with the paper and printing industries in mind.
Its speed and reliability for measuring relative humidity and temperature in paper stacks is unparalleled. In contrast to the classical sword probe hygrometer, the PS1 measuring chamber is much smaller and therefore comes into equilibrium with the surrounding paper within a few minutes. This guarantees quick, reliable measurements. Our advanced technology stems from many years of collaboration with paper industry professionals. The PS1 is also used for measuring paper rolls. This is done by cutting through 3 or 4 layers of paper, over a length of 7 to 10 inches from one edge of the roll, to permit insertion of the probe.
The HP23 is a multi-function hand-held indicator that can read the data from up to two HygroClip 2 probes and display relative humidity, temperature and a calculated parameter such as the dew or frost point. Any probe input can also be configured by the user to accept a third party analog probe (restrictions apply).
The HP21 is a highly accurate hand-held indicator that displays relative humidity, temperature and the dew or frost point. The HP21 is perfect for spot checking HVAC installations, manufacturing and storage areas, and generally for all ambient air measurement within the temperature range of -10 to 60°C (14 to 140 °F). The key features of the HP21 will meet user requirements ranging from the most basic to demanding. The HP21 indicator has an extensive set of settings and functions that can be configured and enabled by the user with the ROTRONIC HW4 software. In spite of its sophistication, the HP21 can still be used just as a simple humidity and temperature indicator. Whether you decide or not to take advantage of its full potential, the HP21 will let you have it your way.
