Our laboratory conductivity sensors feature Graphite or Platinum ring technology. Durable epoxy body construction provides a rugged and dependable sensor for portable and laboratory use. Available cell constants are k=0.1, k=1.0 and k=10.0. All of these conductivity cells can be supplied with or without ATC elements for automatic temperature compensation.

Multiple 316SS conductivity sensors are available. Our boiler sensors are designed for operating conditions u p to 200C and 250 psig. For general use applications both ¾” NPT and ½” NPT model are available. For high pressure applications our HP series will handle pressures up to 300 psig at 100C.
For economical conductivity measurements, our durable epoxy body series can be used in-line or submersible with the use of inexpensive threaded mounting glands.
Low Cost Graphite and Plastic Models
Sensorex durable epoxy body CS150 conductivity sensors are supplied with graphite measuring surfaces. Optional ATC elements can be matched to the specific conductivity meter requirement.
The Signet 2850 Conductivity/Resistivity Sensor Electronics are available in various configurations for maximum installation flexibility. The universal mount version is for pipe, wall, or tank mounting and enables single or dual (digital output only) inputs using any standard Signet conductivity / resistivity sensor. The threaded j-box version can be used with these same Signet sensors for submersible sensor mounting. It is also available as a combined integral system configuration for in-line mounting and includes a conductivity electrode in a choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 10.0, or 20.0 cm-1 cell constants.
The 2839-2842 Conductivity/ Resistivity Electrodes are available in four cell constants from 0.01 to 10.0 cm-1, and are suitable for a wide variety of applications from high purity water quality monitoring to weak acids and bases. 316SS electrode surface finishes are controlled in a precision bead blasting operation to ensure measurement accuracy and repeatability. The PEEK™ insulator and process connections are injection over-molded to minimize variance between electrodes.
Signet Conductivity/Resistivity electrodes are designed to provide versatile installation and accurate sensing across a very broad dynamic range. These electrodes are built with a controlled surface finish to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
